About Robert Hinchley
Robert Hinchley is a painter and printmaker. He graduated from OCAD in 1993 with honors. Recent work is connected to the natural environment, cultural history and the expressive quality of the medium. He has been an instructor with the Ottawa School of Art since 2000. Hinchley’s work is in numerous private and public collections (recently the City of Ottawa collection). Recent awards include The “Instructor of Year” at the Ottawa School of Art and “Jurors Award” at the 2009 International Printmaking Exhibition at the Shenkman Art Centre. Robert Hinchley is represented by Galerie StLaurent+Hill in Ottawa.
